Meet the Vet Behind Furry Flyers
 

Dr Daniel Hodnett-Lewis BVetMed MRCVS

Furry Flyers was founded by Dr Daniel Hodnett-Lewis, an experienced small-animal veterinary surgeon and DEFRA-authorised Official Veterinarian.
 

Daniel has worked extensively in veterinary practice, caring for dogs, cats and other companion animals. His clinical experience includes general medicine, surgery and preventative healthcare. Through his veterinary work, Daniel recognised that many pet owners found the process of obtaining travel certificates unnecessarily confusing and expensive.
 

He created Furry Flyers with a simple goal: to provide reliable veterinary travel certification at a fair and transparent price.

As an RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon and authorised Official Veterinarian, Daniel personally oversees the certification process, ensuring that the appropriate documentation and veterinary requirements are carefully reviewed.

Our Pet Travel Services

We offer a range of veterinary certification services, including:

• Animal Health Certificates (AHCs): For eligible dogs, cats and ferrets travelling from Great Britain to the EU and certain other destinations.

• Fit-to-Fly Certificates: Veterinary examinations and certification where required by airlines or destination authorities.
   

All certificates are subject to your pet meeting the relevant travel and veterinary requirements.
