Before Your Appointment

To help everything run smoothly, please ensure you have the following information available:

• Your pet's microchip details

• Rabies vaccination records, where applicable

• Your intended travel destination and departure date

• Your pet's relevant veterinary history
   

For Animal Health Certificates, please upload the required veterinary records when booking.
 

Important: Furry Flyers provides veterinary travel certification only. We do not offer vaccinations, medications or laboratory testing. Please contact your regular veterinary practice if your pet requires these services before travelling.
